In 2020 my partner and I was planning to buy a house and I wasn’t sure if any Black realtors existed in the part of Wisconsin that I lived in. So I did a quick Google search and found that there was a website where I could search with my location and find realtors in my area that were black. It was successful and in 2020 I was able to buy my first home with the Realtor of my choice. And now in 2026 we are now purchasing our second and forever home with the same Realtor that we met six years ago. I am so glad I reached out to work with them to find a good realtor. We had bad experiences with previous realtors, buying and selling our first home, but this time our realtor worked with us and for us. After working with a realtor that was not vetted or referred and being unhappy with the service I was receiving, I reached out to the Black Realtors. I was connected to Timothy Pruitt and things turned for the better. Timothy listened and helped me find a home for my family.

When I had issues with my finance company, Tim put me in touch with a preferred lender and I was able to keep my super low APR and close in time. I will forever be grateful to Tim and his team.

Tim also successfully helped a relative sell their home. She was also very pleased with the attention and service he provided.
