Our mission is to increase the Black community’s participation in every aspect of the homeownership process. That means we are thinking about home buyers, home sellers, and the Black real estate professionals who make the deals happen. Together, we can help close the staggering wealth gap and build generational wealth.
We’ve amassed a network of over 1,300 Black realtors (and counting) across the country using a highly selective vetting process that includes only the most successful licensed real estate agents. The realtors in our network have a unique perspective and a long list of satisfied clients.
They can not pay to be a part of the network. We want to maintain the quality of the network and accepting payment would compromise our ability to do so. We will always recommend experienced realtors.

Gideon is a licensed real estate salesperson under Berbick Premiere Realty located at 70 E Sunrise Hwy, #500 Valley Stream NY 11581.
He has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and his 15 years of marketing experience helped him see the need for a way to connect Black real estate agents with a population of people who are specifically seeking to work with experienced Black Realtors.
He comes from a Kenyan family and was born and raised in Washington, DC. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two very shy rescue cats.
