Your Indianapolis Agent

I have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, but what that really means for you is that I've seen enough transactions to know exactly where deals fall apart and how to prevent it.

My business is built differently than most agents. A significant portion of what I do comes from off-market opportunities — properties that never hit Zillow or Realtor.com. I've built the network and the negotiation skills to find those deals, which gives my buyers a real competitive advantage especially in a market where inventory is tight.

Central Indiana is my market. Whether you're buying your first home in Fishers, selling in Carmel, or looking for your next investment property anywhere in the Indianapolis metro, I bring the local knowledge, the network, and the drive to get it done.

Neighborhoods You Should Know

Pike Township (Northwest) - This is where many Black middle-class families land. Prices run $180,000-$300,000, schools are decent, and it's got that suburban feel without the downtown price tag. Safe, family-oriented, room to breathe.

Lawrence (Northeast) - More affordable than Pike at $150,000-$250,000. Mix of older and newer homes. This is very block-by-block, which is why local agent knowledge matters here. Some streets are perfect, others you'll want to skip

Martindale-Brightwood (Near Northeast) - Historic Black neighborhood with beautiful old homes in the $80,000-$150,000 range. Zillow shows median values around $105,000. Real community still exists here, but it's transitioning. Not for everyone, but authentic if you can handle an area still finding its footing.

Castleton (North Side) - Step up to $250,000-$400,000+ if schools are your priority. Good ratings, safer feel, but you're paying for it. Smaller Black population but families choose it for the education quality.

Hamilton County suburbs (Carmel, Fishers) - $300,000-$500,000+. Excellent schools, very safe, very white, very expensive by Indianapolis standards. Some Black professional families make this move specifically for top-rated schools.

Indianapolis Market Overview

Indianapolis offers something rare right now: homes that working families can actually afford.

The median home price hit $251,000, and you can still find solid 3-bedroom houses in the $200,000-$250,000 range - not teardowns, not in sketchy areas, but real homes where nurses, teachers, and young professionals are building equity.

The market is moving steadily. Homes are selling in about 27 days, which means you have time to think and negotiate without the bidding war chaos you'd face in coastal cities. Rental rates increased 4.8% year-over-year in late 2024, so if you're on the fence about buying, understand that waiting often means paying more later.
